Over the last couple days I've slowly been realizing what #{node "7"}eThreads#{/node} really is (or at least is becoming). Forums? Yeah, they're cool, but they're fairly small and easy. eThreads is ready to take over the world.

So, I've come to realize eThreads could easily be morphed from forum software into a content display engine. Instead of tying it to a small function set, the module setup can be expanded to make eThreads a framework for serving up basically any kind of database driven information.

You can sort of see a little of this in the news system currently in place. The same basic engine is used to serve up a whole new form of content. The eThreads content engine would go farther, actually allowing content types to morph their database structure from the eThreads "default" in order to store all sorts of crazy data forms, while still making use of eThreads multi-user, multi-server framework and the inifitely customizable look code. Even the admin tools should carry over.

The world better beware. eThreads is on the warpath.
