more camera stuff

I did a little more with the camera stuff... Click if you're interested.

I updated the main eLive page to reflect the new stuff.

- To get around the forced reload thing, I changed the img calls to go through a cgi that sets expire times on the images. Unfortunately, not all clocks are set equal, so that doesn't seem to be working. Gar... I know there's a no-cache parameter somewhere...

- babel is now working.
