A thoroughly bad map produced by the City of LA and placed on street furniture kiosks around Downtown.

The district icons are horribly pixelated up close. If I had to guess, I'd say they got them from the web and blew them up 300 - 400%.

The official title is Arts District. Surprisingly to me, this is a very big deal to people.
