At City Hall, March 3rd.

On the City Hall south lawn some sort of group meditation was taking place.

Los Angeles Town Crier Don Garza on the media platform.

This tree was later "planted" by the Mayor and other dignitaries.

Apparently these two had matters to be attending to elsewhere.

This is a new city mascot of some sort. It's an octopus. There's going to be a naming contest.
